Right of withdrawal - 14 days:

As an international consumer, you always have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us at verktygshandlarn. This means that you can return unused undamaged goods with unbroken packaging within 14 days of receiving your package. Please note that this does not apply to companies.

When using the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is paid by you as a customer. All other costs will be refunded to the same account you used to order your goods, within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Complaint:

If the item is broken when you open the package or if the product is defective, you are, as a consumer , entitled to claim a total of 2 years from receipt of the package. However, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the error. If there is a warranty that is longer than 3 years, you can advertise within the warranty period.

Companies should examine the goods in connection with the receipt and advertisement any errors within a reasonable time. Errors that occur thereafter may be advertised within the warranty period. Otherwise, refer to the respective manufacturer or service center.

This instruction applies to all types of return requests.

• If we accept the return or complaint, it is valid for 14 days and the returned goods must be shipped to us within these days.
• Upon return, all products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
• Remember to always ship the product in outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging.
• The item must also be traceable for your safety.
• Please note! Returns submitted without a valid return or complaint number are not accepted.
